Link Epic to initiative

Hi,

I would like to enforce epics to be created under initiative.  However I do not see option to create an epic under initiative.  I see option to create tasks.  Is this a license issue?  What type of license I will require to do that?  Please help

The issue type hierarchy in the Standard plan for Jira Cloud is

Epic < Story/Bug/Task < Sub-task

You are allowed to create additional issue types, but only at the Story/Bug/Task and Sub-task levels.

If you need to extend this hierarchy like this

Initiative < Epic < Story/Bug/Task < Sub-task

...you will need to either upgrade to the Premium plan where you can use Advanced Roadmaps to extend the hierarchy, or add a third party app to your instance that allows you to extend the hierarchy.
