Link the dependencies between two projects i.e from one work space to another work space

Hi Vinayak,

You can link issues from different projects using the "Issue Link". You must have permission to Browse (see) both projects and to link them.

You can link issues from different projects which are in different instances .
For that, you must link the instances, have permission to browse the projects and link them.
