Hi,
Forgive me as I have checked as many threads in the community as possible & couldn't really find a definitive answer.
We are looking to add 2 external users to a next-gen software project but limit their access so they can only see this project (& none of our existing internal projects).
I set the project access to private & created a separate group where I added an "external" user. E.g. my external email.
When I log back in using the "external" login I still see all projects under our Jira instance.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
You need to exclude them from the other projects. I expect that one or more of the other projects are open to “anyone“. Inspect all other projects and modify th permissions accordingly.
Thanks Jack,
I went through all the permissions & it was exactly that. I updated the "groups" & applied the relevant groups to the relevant projects. Success!
