I'm working for an Agile Project using the board of Scrum that JIRA has.
Once I start a sprint I want that ONLY the project lead can be able to add items to the sprint, I mean I don't want to allow that someone else expect the project lead add item to the sprint backlog.
I alredy set the permission to create, delete, update and move the issues through the sprint board (workflow) and also through the diferent projects, but for this specific behaivor I can find a way to do it.
I need to control the issues that are entered for the sprint and don't allow to enter more of them once the sprint is started.
The Schedule Permission is currently needed to change the Due Date field and the Sprint field.
Atlassian has promised to bring us more fidelity in Sprint permissions and have recently added Administer Sprint permission for the Creation/Deletion of Sprints. More are en route.
Well, I already set up the Sprint Permissions, but is the same it only limit the craetion, delete and things like that, but any user that has access to the sprint board is allowed to enter or take-off items to the sprint backlog which is the thing that I don't like, beacuse then I (as the project lead) cannot control the points committed for the sprint.

Does limiting the Schedule Permission work for you?

In which option of the setting can I configure the Schedule Permission?
