What mails are you talking about? Default notification emails from Jira by default have a link to the issue in them. So, assuming you are referring to emails you send using automation, you can include a link to an issue using smart values:

Sorry for the late reply here; no ... the example I shared only works for replies you send from automation rules.
If you are using Jira Software, you cannot customise the built-in notification templates. That's why using automation rules instead may be helpful.
If you are using Jira Service Management, templates to send notifications to customer can be customised. But in this case too, the approach is different.
