License for a second instance of JIRA

We are running an instance of JIRA. I work for the parent company and one of the child companies would like to get an instance as well. Do I need to create a second atlassian account and file the paperwork for a second 501c3 license or can I get a second license using this account?

Yes, you can get another licence on the same account.

Any Idea how? When I go the the BUY page it only has the current one available. There isn't an option for a new one. Do I need to contact Atlassian?
