Licencje problem with upgrade JIRA-Agile to JIRA Software

Hi, I have some question about licence. We have old JIRA licence with Agile addition. Now we want to upgrade number of users from 500 to 2000.

And how we have some problem because there is no information about how much we must pay. All information is for upgrade JIRA without Agile addition to JIRA Software. But why if we buy earlier Agile licence must pay this again when we want upgrade our JIRA+Agile to JIRA Software ?

Hi Sebastian,

According to the JIRA license compatibility matrix all JIRA licenses purchased prior to the release of JIRA 7 are treated as JIRA Software licenses so you will have to pay the price for upgrading listed here(i.e. for 500->2000 the price is $15000) no matter whether you have JIRA Agile or not
