Licence invalid, no connection to database

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
The BigGantt App ist invalid and I tried to check the licence setting by the Licence setting button.
This does not work and I can not make a contact to my database.
How I can manage that the lice BigGantt App works?
