Left nav bar missing

HI all,

I've been tinkering with Jira (we used to work on it for work but now I want to use it for personal projects) however, I've run into an issue that I haven't seen before.

Whenever I load a Software/Sprint project (created from a template) from the home page, it loads the left navigation panel correctly, however, if I reload the page in place, the left nav menu doesn't load and all I see is the loading skeleton as seen here:

Is there any associated issue for that? I already tried using incognito window, disabling all extensions, clearing cookies and tried in other browsers (Firefox and Safari) but the issue is still there no matter how much I reload.

Another associated issue is the theme, I work in Dark mode but when I reload, the issue appears and the theme is set back to Light mode.

I am not seeing any clear cause from our side here.  So I created a support case for you in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1006080

I suspect that our team might request of you data access to the site, to check for themselves, or perhaps a HAR file to see if we can better understand what might be causing this problem in your environment.

I suggest you contact Atlassian Support. I would suspect it's a browser issue, but you have been through those checks.
