Latency Jira

Hello,

we have Jira Project Management Sofwtare V: 9.12.4 (Data center )

Since several weeks, users experience slowdowns, from a few seconds to a few minutes.

This is our configuration:

28 gigas of total memory (RAM)

10 gigas allowed for Jira

Java: 11

Is our configuration sufficient to ensure the proper functioning of Jira?

Sincerely

You should check with the recommended hardware as it depends on different things :

In an other hand do you have some error or time out visible from the application log ?

Which database type are you using ?
