Language settings

Hello, can anybody help me with the current information about translations of JIRA interface. I'm interested in the cloud license, but I've found out that there is no Russian translation. Is it true and are there any solutions of this problem?

Hi, I believe there is Russian translation according to this page :

Also, I've found this:https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Language+Support+for+Applications

Does it mean that I have the only choice - server license?
