I tried to install language packs (italiano and portugues) but they don't appear in the search (and they are not already installed).
I'm behind a corporate proxy (but I configured these settings in my setenv.sh) and other add-ons are available.
What could be the reason for that and how to fix this?

Italian (italiano) and Portuguese (português) language packs are available at translations.atlassian.com from This link
Download the desired custom language pack and upload them from the manage add-ons page via the *upload add-on* option.

But why isn't it available via JIRA UPM? I'm running v7.5.0 - do I have to upgrade to get the language packs listed into UPM?
