@ Brickey In my case i used the automation rule which where attached below .But still unable to copy Label from Epic to the Story . Please help me here .thanks

Please try "copy from trigger" as shown below. Click on the ellipses and select Copy. It will likely default to "copy from current issue" so click on that and change to from trigger.
note: you likely will want to have a different rule for when an issue is created under an epic. Also consider if you care about someone changing the labels in the story itself since doing, so will equate to a difference between the story of the parent.
