LOGO change in JIRA Software

Dear all,

I want to change the JIRA logo. Therefore, I went to setting > System > USER INTERFACE > Look and feel.

At there, I uploaded a file about logo and other file that is size 398 px * 56px. However, I can't get a result. The system logo is the same as well. I think the System logo is positioned at the upper left side of JIRA. If you know any other opinion, please give me the information to change the logo.

Do you see the custom logo appearing on that page when it's uploaded?

What format is the logo? .jpg or .png (with clear background)?

I have the same problem with our Jira. We had changed our Jira Cloud Logo but tried to change it again and now we can not. The file we are trying to upload is according to specification a png file with the size 366x56. We did reset it to the default logo but we do want our company logo again.
