LOCATE SEN KEY

Hi

I need to find my Support Entitlement Number (SEN). A SEN identifies each of your organization’s product instances and helps us know what support you need.

How do I locate the above? I tried everything nothing seems to help

Hey @[deleted] ,

It depends on what you are looking for. Since you are on cloud, you don't really have a SEN for your Atlassian products but the instance url should be enough.

If it's for seperate apps there you can find them under your manage apps section.

You can find it under Administration --> system --> System Info.

Hi @[deleted]

As long as you are an Organization admin, you can login here and you will be able to locate the SEN for your products.
