How to force JIRA to clear old user profile and replaced with update user profile ?

Hi David!

I believe the best thing to do here is to check why one of your User Directories are taking so long to sync.

Is important to check on the logs if Jira is having issues with duplicate users or groups when they are been imported on Jira's database.

Also this action can be taking so long regarding the number of the users in your LDAP. Many times, not all the users inside the LDAP will actually login into crowd. So a good thing is to crate a filter in your LDAP directory to make sure that just the proper users are been imported. This could accelerate the sync process significantly.

Hope it helps!
