LDAP connection settings states "connection successful" but when users try to login they are getting the CAPTCHA but CAPTCHA reiterates multiple times without allowing the user in to the application.
Please provide solution to the above error. Enclosed snapshot of the error.

Otherwise, can you try to reset the failed login count and then see if they can login afterwards?
