LDAP Group issue in JIRA

We do not want  all users in the active directory will get access to JIRA. 

We will have to create specific user Groups (e.g. Jira Users) – and manage the users who are allowed into that that User group in active directory. Only those users will be able to login to Jira.

Please let us know the step by step procedure to configure this in 'Configure LDAP User Directory' screen.
