Konflict Resolution Screen

When i merge two issues, the estimate time is not added.

Issue 1

Assignee: A

Estimated Time: 4h

Issue 2

Assignee: B

Estimated Time: 12h

Merge should ask to which Assignee and add the Estimated time. (A or B and 16h)

How can i do this ??

This is news to me. What is the "Merge" you are talking about here? Is that an add-on feature? Or are you talking about "Move", "Link", "Clone" perhaps? Can you give us a screenshot here?
