For most of the tickets the knowledgebase keeps loading and i am not sure how to stop it. It happens to all of the users in the space.
Is there a way to stop it from loading?
The knowledgebase is under the Details box.
Rovo asked me to collapse the details box but i need it to check other details so this isn't a good solution for me, so he wasn't very helpful.
Any idea on how to solve the issue?

Do you have Confluence?
Do you have a Space linked to your JSM space?
Did you trail Confluence and now your trail ended and you didn't switch it to a free plan?
Check in Atlassian Administration
Can you try an incognito window or other browser, is the behaviour the same?
It happens in incognito as well.
We do have Confluence with standard plan.
I managed to fix the issue.
It looked like not all our spaces in Jira had been configured with a Confluence 's KB space.
