Keyboard Shortcuts: not applied when on a "Dialog" (for "Create Issue")

Hello, 

I really miss the opportunity to use the shortcuts on the "Create Issue" dialog (not the page).

It appears that pressing 'a' (assign) or 'l' (labels) while on the dialog (and outside of any text field), it does not work.

This hinders the ability to create a task fast.

Am I missing something here?

Hi @aris welcome to the community.  I took a quick look on Atlassian's Jira Site and found JRACLOUD-81268 or JRACLOUD-89925 which look similar to the issue you are having.  If you think that's the case, I would recommend voting for and watching it for updates. Feel free to take a look through the above site as well.

If that's not your issue, have you tried other browsers to see if that works differently?  Can other users replicate the issue?  Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

If I had some more steps to recreate the issue, I can try it out in my instance as well.

The 1st one is different and the second one refers to a different workflow (changing transitions).

I believe we should keeo this issue as a new one because it is specific to the workflow "Create Task => Modal Window Opens => Keyboard shortcuts are not working for the "create" context, but only for the non-modal general context behind, which is not appropriate.
