Keep getting an error trying to view a board and project lead tried everything w/ my permissions

I keep getting an error trying to view a certain board and my project lead has tried everything w/ my permissions even to making me a stakeholder in our project. The error still reads that either the board doesn't exist or that I don't have the permissions to view it. However, my teammate is able to view it and the board in fact exists bc we are viewing it in a screen share and both are clicking the url to get to the same board.

I'm able to get to all other boards on this project as well as other boards on other teams' projects. I have also logged in and out of Jira, also restarted my browser/machine, hard refresh, cleared cache etc. No dice.

I AM still employed at my company as far as I know ;).

Thanks for your help!

Hi @[deleted]  - being able to view the board depends on the permissions applied to the underlying filter for the board, not permissions on the project.

Can you post a screenshot of the permission shares for the filter for the board you don’t have access to?
