Hi @Konni Nebermann ,

unfortunately we can't support you on that. You need to ask internally to your company to an Org Admin.

First sorry to hear that.

Second - Are your Account managed by your Organisation or Not ? Because then you have Simple 2 Solutions.

Managed - Your Organisation Administrator

Unmanaged - Atlassian Support Account restore flow Channel.
