Hi

On my Kanban board, I have it set up so that I can see the epic's swim lanes.  This view shows all epics, what I want to see if only the epics in progress so I want to exclude DONE or CLOSED epics.

Any ideas how I do it, tried a few variations but its not working.

Hi @Garry Weston -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Are you using a company-managed project (CMP) or a team-managed project (TMP)?

Best regards,
Bill

Hi Garry,

For a company-managed project, you have a few options...

  • use a quick filter is a fast way to show/hide the values
  • adjust the "Hide completed issues older than" setting to drop the older stuff
  • adjust the "Kanban board sub-filter" to have more control over what is displayed.  This filter layers on top of the boards filter results.
