Kanban Board creation is not working

I'm trying to create a Kanban board but having a lot of issues. I can't get the board to show Epic, Story and Bug level. I have since given up as all the instructions are telling me to add these from menus that do not exist.

To address your question, please check the following points:

• Confirm you are using a Company-managed project, as Team-managed projects do not support displaying Epic cards directly on the Kanban board. Only Company-managed projects allow this feature.​

• Ensure your sprint is active (if you’re using a Scrum board), since tasks only appear on the board during an active sprint.​

• In a Company-managed space, go to Board settings > Configure board > Columns. There, you can choose to display Epics either in the Epic panel or as cards directly on the board.​

If you’ve checked all these and still don’t see any cards, could you share more details about your project setup or any specific issues you’re facing?

That looks a bit as if you are trying to follow AI generated instructions. Or you may be trying to use instructions for a company managed board in a team managed space. Can you - in short - describe what you are actually trying to achieve? And maybe share a screenshot of your current setup?
