Kanban Board Mini New Task Window Causes UI to Freeze

After canceling the creation of a New Task with the escape button, a smaller New Task window was created in the bottom right of my screen and the UI froze (I was creating multiple tasks in a row and wanted to close the New Task window once I was done).

Refreshing, redirecting or re-opening the browser had no affect as every time I reloaded the Kanban board the smaller New Task window opens up and freezes the UI.

Looking at the Chrome's developer console shows an infinite/non-stopping error loop:

Welcome to the community.  Can you clear out all of browser local cache and retry your operation again?  Or can you repo the issue in a incognito session?

It may have to do with your local cache causing the error.
