Jython code not working in Jira

Hi Team,

We have the following code on Jira Workflow post function to move the approvers from the default field who have approved on particular ticket and show the approved people names separately. On transition the code will send an email to approver group initially. After Jira upgrade the code is not working.

Kindly, go through the following code and provide necessary solution to make it work on Jira latest version.

This is breaking business use cases and please do needful ASAP

Your post does not include the actual code you are using.

What is your hosting type - Cloud or Server/Data Center? You said "after an upgrade" which makes me think you are using Server  or Data Center. What version where you using before the upgrade, and what version are you using now.

Hi  Teams,

We are  using server,  Current version is 8.22.0 in this version  Jython script file is missing.

when i trying to edit the post function ,I am getting below error: 

D:\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\jss\jython\workflow\-1 (The system cannot find the file specified)

Please help us how to fix this Jython script issue .

Now we are planning to upgrade Jira from 8.22.0 to 8.22.6 version, will it work if we move latest version
