Hi is it possible to build a joiners requests on the Job Role, so that it automatically identifies the HW kit the users requires and work flows to the correct team to be actioned ?

I am not really sure what you mean to ask here.

It would be possible in a Jira Service Management HR project to have an Onboarding form, which is customised to indicate different sections which apply to different kinds of Job Roles.

Is that what you mean?

Hi Valerie

Yes and No its more around, I currently use Service Now and moving to Jira, so in a Service Request you can select by job role and that would advise the kit that is aligned to  that Job Role, the SCTASKS (as they are in Service Now) would work flow to the relevant Assignment group  - advising to the Kit that needs to be dispatched to that user.

From what you are saying and looking at the forms I think its possible, what I would be looking to put in place in Jira
