JiraError HTTP 504 text: The upstream server is timing out

When I use the jira-python

JiraClient.create_issues(field_list=issuelist_jira)

an error is reported as below:

How to solve this?

Please could you better specify what REST API your script calls? Are u sure that your environment is able to go to internet?
