Jira y Confluence Licences

Hello,

We have two instances of server jira and confluence. They used to belong to the Company that our Company bought a year ago. We need to transfer these instances to a new server. But I can not recover the license key, because we did not buy it.

Can you help me? What steps should I follow?

Thanks in advance!

Regards!

If you don't own the licences, you'll need to go for some form of recovery, including something that can tell Atlassian that you are the new valid owner of the systems!

Thanks Nic! I already have the license key. The owner sent them to me.
