Recently, a team member reports that they aren't able to see the description once a work item is created in the email notification. I've looked in various settings, but can't find why this would be. I am an admin and do see the description, not sure if with recent Jira updates this has changed.

This behavior lines up with sites that have HIPAA enabled, thus less information is able to be displayed in the email.
Can you confirm does your organization have HIPAA? More information about HIPPA compliance can be found here.
