I can't get the Jira or Tomcat services to start. This happened after several other applications were updated on our server. Any thoughts on what could be wrong? I tried updating it to the latest version, and it still won't start.
File system permissions?
Port already in use?
What does the log say?

Log shows the following. I'm not sure exactly how to fix this. Any ideas?

Does C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_111\bin\server\jvm.dll exist?
Check where JAVA_HOME points and make sure that it exists on the file system.
