Jira upgrade 7.18.1 to 9.1.0

Hello Guys

I don't have too much experience managing Jira services.

I was looking forward to get some help to update jira version 7.18.1 to Jira 9.1.0

So far I have got this information from Plan your upgraded on Jira Software web interface
