One of my teammate is not able to access Jira from web or app, getting error: Took too long to respond. Kindly suggest solution on the same.

@Naman NarayanWelcome to community. 

Has your teammate use a different browser or computer?  Can he login on your computer which is working?  This is usually do to something preventing the connection.  Browser plugins, firewalls, network, etc. could be the issue.  Can you provide a little more information as to what your teammate has tried?

I m also getting the same problem ,is not able to access Jira from web or app, getting error: Took too long to respond. Kindly suggest solution on the same.
