Hi, I have a Jira ticket and it's suck (My guess - The page is pretty big).
I don't have a way to contact the technical support. What to do?

Sorry to hear about this problem. From your screenshot I can see this is Confluence, not Jira. I have created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1048345 and I have also invited one of your site-admins in case our support team requests data access to check your environment more closely.

Please can you give some context to what this screenshot is? It looks like a Confluence page more than a Jira issue. Are you having trouble creating / publishing the page?
