Hi Sravani - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Here is a list of apps: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=outlook

The "official one" by Atlassian is a free one and works to create issues but not the calendar.

I have had good luck in the past with the ones by Yasoon.

Thank you for the mention, @John Funk :)

Microsoft 365 for Jira (Outlook Email, Teams, Calendar) by yasoon (the company I work for) is available on the Atlassian Marketplace. @Sravani Dasyam you might be looking for these features:

To bring specific Jira tasks / dates to your Outlook calendars, there are several ways to do it. If you want to discuss your use case, you can schedule a call with my team here: Book a call.

It's worth noting, third party apps and sales groups will gain access to your sensitive data when used.  Third parties are not held to the same data standards as your organization might be.

Hi @George Villagaray ,

thanks for your reply :)

My name is Benjamin, also from yasoon (the company behind the app mentioned by Britta).

Data security is one of our main goals, therefore we follow the highest industry standards and are SOC2-compliant as well as ISO-27001 certified. In general we try to limit storage of data on our end, i.e. storing only Ids and not sensitive data/content. Additionally all data is encrypted and we undergo regular pentesting. All of this information and more can be accessed either in our Security Documentation or via our Trust Center (you can also request and download the SOC2 report e.g.):
