Hi Gergo,

Did some more research on this issue.  I tested the link you posted against 4 different browsers, in my case Firefox, Chrome, and Brave browsers showed this link correctly, but in my case my Safari browser changed this link for some reason to this:

https://support.atlassian.com/contact/?_ga=2.230078300.1372886211.1561132050-192679062.1561132050#/

I think this might be some kind of google analytics tracking that an Atlassian site is appending inside the URL.  I suspect this is meant to try to identify where users click this link from.  Instead of trying that link, please try this one instead:

https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

I would not be surprised if the browser immediately appends the /#/ here, but I believe this should let you then complete the support request form without generating that error you mentioned.

I will also look to raise this problem with my internal support teams to try to help avoid this problem moving forward.  Can you let me know if there is a specific place where you found this link using the # in the URL?

Thanks

Andy

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear about this problem with creating a support case with our Cloud support team. I have created this on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-487105

Please see if you can use that support request to address this Jira user management problem.

I am also interested to see if we can learn more about why you might not be able to create a support case here.  I have not been able to recreate that specific error.  Could you let me know what browser  type and version you are using here?   Have you tried to visit this site when using private browsing or incognito mode?  I only ask because sometimes there are browser plugins that might be altering the way our form is intended to behave, and this incognito mode tends to disable these 3rd party browser plugins that might be a factor here.

Regards,

Andy
