Dear Atlassian Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently received an email from the sender noreply@po.atlassian.net with the subject line: “Jira subscription moved to Free plan”. I would like to confirm whether this email is a legitimate communication from Atlassian or if it could potentially be a phishing attempt.

Could you kindly verify the authenticity of this email and confirm

Regards,

Rohan Satpute

Hi @rohan_satpute and welcome to Community!

This is a public form where volunteer fellow users of Atlassian products help each out.

If you started a trial of Jira Standard a few weeks ago but did not provide billing information, at the end of the trial period, your instance is downgraded to the free level. This means you can keep using it with up to 10 users, of which max 3 can be JSM agents, but you won't have access to all the features provided by Jira Standard.

If you'd like to keep your Jira instance in Standard or Premium to benefit from the features, or have more users, you can learn more about how to pay here https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing/howtopay
