Jira subscription has been canceled

Hello,

I received the email below but couldn’t find the relevant information, so I’m reaching out for clarification. I couldn’t locate any “Subscription” side menu, and although only 10 accounts are active under the free plan, we are still being charged. I don’t understand why this is happening.

Also, when I check the billing preview in the Billing side menu, I see apps such as ROVO and Studio, but Jira does not appear. We would like to remain on the free plan — could you advise us on how to do that?

Below is the original email from Atlassian.

Subject: Jira subscription has been canceled bigNews

Hello Ryan,

The following subscription has been canceled because the payment could not be processed due to missing billing details.

  • Subscription: Jira (E-432-GF6-UBA-XCC) | innosonian-rnd

  • Billing cycle: Monthly

  • Rovo credits: 325 credits/month

Hi @Ryan,

It looks as if somehow a trial of a paid plan was started on your site, since the free plan does not include Rovo (Atlassian's AI).

The "bigNews" in the subject of the email looks slightly odd, tbh. But apart from that, either log into the mentioned site (<site-name>.atlassian.net) and from the top right corner access billing):

You should land in admin.atlassian.com on the billing preview page, where you should see all subscriptions associated with that site. You can access admin.atlassian.com directly, but following the suggested path will ensure you are immediately in the related site.

Check your data over there and with that information at hand, reach out to Atlassian Billing Support with your request.

Hope this helps!
