I Migrated source Jira postgresql DB users to target Jira postgresql DB by CSV import. After completion of this migration i didn't get the users full name, jira software users and Jira internal directory synchronisation. I am not able to edit this migrated users. Kindly help me with this. Can I add customized user full name column, user directory columns in both Source and target DBs to get this users synchronisation.
