I am not able to understand why all of a sudden jira software account shows as suspended and have no idea how to get access.
As administrator login, I do see Billing -> where Confluence with $0.0 charge is showing but there is no billing shown for Jira software.
And there is no way I can find to get it active
If you are unable to update the CC to activate the Jira product please contact Atlassian Support. Choose the billing option.
