Jira software project only copy data, but I get a notification that I need a JSM product

Hi,

I am testing to integrate two different Cloud sites into a new Cloud Site using the Copy Product Data feature.

In the meantime there is no JSM project during Jira cloud to cloud migration, but I was able to confirm that JSM should be added during data validation.

Is there a way to investigate why this phenomenon is occurring?

Hi Levi,

I don't believe that JSM is covered in the Cloud-to-Cloud migration tool. You could give an add-on app called Revyz Data Manager for Jira a try. You could do a free trial and test it out.

Thank you for your reply. The problem has been solved.

After a few hours, the data validation was done again, and the message disappeared and the validation passed.

There seems to be an unknown bug.
