Jira software functionality is not available

Hi,

After doing a lot operation to restart my Jira instance, I have a problem with software projet type.

I don't have possibiility to create a project or view a kanban?

Jira Software is an application that you add to a Jira Core.  (There is a Jira Software installer, which is probably what you used to create your server - this is not really any different - it installs Core and adds Software, just as a bundle instead of two installs).

So, what you have here is a Core system that used to have Software in it.  The project was created while Software was there, but now it has been removed, it is warning you that stuff provided by Software is no longer available.

If you want to use Software projects with the full set of Software features, you need to get Software re-installed. 

When I say "Software has been removed", I have over-simplified.  It might have been removed, but it also might have failed to load while starting up (you will probably need to read the logs to find out why), or you might not have a valid licence for it, or your admins have disabled it.

Start by looking at "manage applications" - that will tell you the current state of the application.
