Jira showing Sched Maintenance message during workday

Jira suddenly stopped working and showing a maintenance message.  Is anyone else having issues?

Hello, Good day. If your cloud environment requires maintenance then the maintenance window for your site will be used. If you want to change the maintenance window time then please follow the steps given in the link. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/keep-track-of-maintenance-windows/

I just checked https://status.atlassian.com/ and I don't see any active incidents. 

What kind of maintenance message are you seeing?

It recovered after about 10 – 15 minutes.  This is what I was getting.

I checked status page and maint page and didn't see anything.  It was saying all services were up.
