I am not currently seeing any outages.

Ah, it's a maintenance thing then. Wait just a little while and try again.

Thanks John. It is not available since 9 AM IST so wanted to check and the Maintenance message just started showing up. Will wait :). Thanks again.

That's too long to be down. You should open a support ticket with Atlassian.

The Jira instance at https://jira.q2banking.com is not Jira CLOUD, it's Jira SERVER...

@ManRan You will need to contact your company's IT department, as there is nothing that Atlassian can do about the problem.
