Jira service desk

For inbound emails to (emailid) auto create a Service Desk ticket with the following:

  • Product = "Curo"
  • Priority = "Medium"
  • Type = "Bug"
  • Reporter -who sent the email 
  • Environment = "Production"
  • Status = "In Progress"

Hi Tarun,

 

What I am looking is in an organization anyone send an email , then in Jira it will create a ticket .
