Jira Service Desk 1 and 2 can be downloaded here, make sure you get the right version for Jira 6.1.5. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211645/jira-service-desk/version-history

Jira Service Desk 3.0 is only compatible with Jira 7.0 and higher.

You can refer to the following page to see which Jira platform applications (Jira Software + Jira Service Desk) are compatible with each-other

You should consider upgrading as all versions of Jira 6 are End of Life and no longer supported.
