Jira(server) using Okta to authenticate and authorise users

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone did tried Okta to authenticate and authorise users rather than using AD authentication method or any other available methods with Jira server model.
We are trying to provisioning users from Okta where authentication and authorization method should be handled at Okta end.
We have couple of options such as JIT or SCIM method, but not able to succeed with this feature on Jira server instance.
If any one has implemented such configuration please share the details.
