Jira server 7 is not connected with .Net using dll

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Getting to work

Hi Team,

I use JIRA server 7 and my application in .net. I could not connect with server it gives me an error "SOAP and XML-RPC is not connected ".

I am using an atlassian.jira.dll for connecting but it works fine with JIRA server 6.

Help me to resolve this issue.

any updated dll can be there for help out this issue

Soap was deprecated in JIRA 4.something, and removed completely in JIRA 6.4.

Your application needs to use the REST interface if it is to talk to JIRA 6.4 or higher.
