On each Jira ticket, I go into the "3 dot button" on the story to go into the "More Actions" option and nothing happens.
I see errors on my Console via F12:
TypeError: a.classname.match is not a function at batch.js:510 at HTMLCollection.forEach(<anonymous>)at a (batch.js:510) at...
My Chrome version: 75.0.3770.100
On IE or Edge, the More Actions option do work and I get the screen to enter, for instance "Clone" as a command to use. It used to work on Chrome around May 2019.
First off, apologies for not being able to come back sooner.
To resolve the above, I went on my Chrome browser and reset it back to initial factory setting. I searched "set chrome to factory defaults" on google and followed the steps.
Hello Edward,
I see this issue is tagged as JIRA Cloud application, however, I was not able to reproduce your error or find the "More Actions" option under the three dots menu of my personal JIRA Cloud instance.
Here are the options displayed when I click on the three dots button of any issue view, where everything is working fine in both old and new issue view:
Can you please confirm if you are using JIRA Server or JIRA Cloud and what it's version? Additionally, please provide us a screenshot displaying the menu where the problem reproduces.
